OFFICIAL VOTING INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANKSVILLE GENERAL ELECTION: NOVEMBER 4TH, 2025

Hanksville Town is conducting this election using Vote By-Mail. Ballots will be mailed to voters the week of October 14, 2025.
If you did not receive your ballot by mail or it has been lost or misplaced, you may vote in person on November 4th, 2025 from 7am until 8pm. Voter ID is Required.
Important Dates:
General Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2025. If you return your ballot by mail, we recommend you mail your ballot early so that it will be received on or before 8:00 pm on General Election Day. You may also return your ballot in person to the drop box at the Town Clerk’s office at 30 S Hwy 95 in Hanksville from October 21 - October 30, 2025 or on General Election day 11/04/2025 from 7am until 8pm.

Vote Your Ballot:
Mark your ballot clearly by following the instructions on your ballot. After voting your ballot, refold the ballot as it was received and place it in the red return envelope. Before sealing your envelope, make sure you have signed the ballot affidavit to make the ballot countable.
If you need assistance to vote a paper ballot, sign the affidavit or when to early vote, go to the Town Clerk’s office for help.
Signing Your Ballot Affidavit:
Each envelope is unique. Make sure you have the envelope with your name printed on it before signing. Print your name in the space provided to help with ballot check-in. Please provide a daytime phone number and email address so that you can be contacted if needed. By law, ballots in unsigned envelopes cannot be counted. You may not sign the envelope for another person – even with their permission. Signing another person’s envelope is a crime, punishable by a fine and/or imprisonment.
Returning Your Ballot:
In the mail – You may return it at any post office. Make sure you have attached the proper postage.
In Person – Early voting through a drop box located at the Town Clerk’s office October 21 - October 30, 2025 during normal business hours of 10am-2pm.
Primary Election Day November 4, 2025 from 7am until 8pm on Election Day at the drop box at the Clerk’s office.

Sign up to receive notifications of when your ballot is mailed, received in our office and counted. You will receive notification by email, text or phone message. Sign up at TrackMyBallot.gov.
