Join us for the Spectacular Annular Solar Eclipse in Hanksville, UT!

Friday, 10/13 and Saturday, 10/14/2023

Nestled along the path of the annular solar eclipse, Hanksville Town offers an exceptional vantage point for experiencing this celestial phenomenon to the fullest. As the moon briefly obscures the sun, casting its radiant "ring of fire" upon us, Hanksville invites you to partake in a range of engaging activities. From live music and a sunrise 5K run to exploring local vendor booths showcasing crafts, delectable treats, and captivating artistry, our town promises a memorable experience. Come join us in this picturesque desert setting as we gather under the eclipse's shadow, making the most of its extended viewing opportunity.

Live Music:

Listen to Rod Asay at Duke’s Slickrock Grill from 7pm until 9pm.

Gather 'round the fire pit at Muddy Creek Mining Cabins for a night of live music.

DJ Chris Seefelt spinning house/tech music on the best patio in Hanksville at Outlaw’s Roost from 4pm until 9pm on Friday and Saturday 11am-3pm, 7pm-9pm

Saturday

Ring of Fire Sunrise 5K: Sign up at 6:45am or pre-register below. Race starts at 7:15am. Receive an Eclipse swag bag when you participate.

Pick up a punch card at Stan’s Silver Eagle or our information booth and collect punches at local businesses and vendor booths for a FREE Ring of Fire frisbee.

 

Vendor booths will line Highway 24 between USPS and Mowgli’s Cafe and also on Highway 95 in front of Outlaw’s Roost. Explore the incredible offerings from these local vendors:
